Millieola's Raw Honey

A conceptual packaging project that highlights ethical sourcing through story-rich, botanical design.

Project Overview

Milleola’s Raw Honey is a fictional brand developed as a passion project during my university years. The goal was to craft a visual identity for a premium honey brand that communicates luxury, ethical sourcing, and a deep appreciation for nature — all through elegant, story-driven packaging.

I was responsible for every aspect of the design, from concept development to final label layouts. The result was a collection of honey labels inspired by the beauty of botanicals and the essential role of bees in our ecosystem.

The label series features:

  • A set of illustrated labels using floral and botanical elements to reflect the nectar source (blackberry or orange blossom)

  • Premium typography and delicate composition aimed at attracting a high-end market

  • A product story embedded into the design to build consumer curiosity and emotional connection

The concept was to provoke interest through storytelling — encouraging consumers to pick up the jar, engage with the narrative, and appreciate the product beyond just its use.

This project introduced me to the foundations of packaging design and allowed me to experiment with layout, illustration, and brand storytelling. While my skills and design style have grown since, this remains a meaningful project that reflects my early love for thoughtful visual design.
